Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSFeed platform ("Service"), operated by OSFeed ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OSFeed is a real-time geopolitical intelligence platform that collects, translates, and structures information from public Telegram channels. The Service is currently in private beta and is provided for informational and research purposes only.

OSFeed aggregates publicly available information. We do not create or endorse any of the content published by third-party Telegram channels.

3. Beta Access

The Service is currently in private beta. Access is granted by invitation only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time without notice during the beta period. Beta features may change significantly before general availability.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Distribute malicious software or engage in harmful activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Scrape or extract data from the Service in bulk without authorization
  • Publish, redistribute, or resell intelligence outputs without attribution

6. Intellectual Property

The OSFeed platform, including its design, algorithms, and generated intelligence outputs, is the exclusive property of OSFeed and its licensors. Content sourced from Telegram channels remains the property of its respective authors and is subject to Telegram's terms of service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research and analysis purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

OSFeed is an information tool. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made based on our outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSFEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
